Hello Barb, I am currently having two expanders filled once a week and I too have not been able to sleep well. Since my surgery I have been sleeping on my couch propped up with four pillows. Basically I am Sleeping Sitting up. If I lay down on my back it becomes very painful. So try propping yourself up. Hopefully that will help. Let me know. God bless.
