So Many Questions

I am looking at having my other breast removed this summer. This is due to the aggressiveness of my cancers, triple neg, and advice of my dr. I am looking at having both reconstructed at the same time.
When you have both breasts done, what about needle sticks and blood draws? Do you alternate arms. I probably won't have any lymph nodes on that side removed so will I still have everything done there. Only 5 on the other were done.
Did any of you have the other one done later?
