Hi Sherry & kathi -- guess I'm a stage ahead of you two. I had my exchange done 3 days ago after having my expander on the right off & on over 6 months. My stretching went very easy and my PS lifted my left also on Monday (4/20). I'm very pleased with the feel of the saline implant and the appearanace & location of my "lifted" left breast & nipple. It was a successs in her opinion -- when tweeked it responds appropriately if you know what I mean! It is a little tender / swollen but that's to be expected 3 days post op. But I have the same sensation that I had pre-op. Good Luck -
