Hi girls -- been a few weeks since I've been around. I had my exchange from expander to saline implant done Monday -- so far I'm pleased. The saline is very similar to the "other" breast in softness, which was a concern to me since everyone seemed to think silicone would be nicer. But, because of my past surgical history -- my PS felt saline would be safest. I also had the "lift" done on the left. It too looks pretty good, but the nipple is a little more tender than I had expected. Has anyone else experienced this? I still have 1 drain in each breast but hoping to get the left out tomorrow. The Right may continue to be a problem since it seems to have quite a bit of serous fluid still draining despite our efforts to "seal" the seroma!!! One thing at I time, I guess I need to learn to be patient.
