Glad to hear things are going well. A year later, butterflys are still not good for me, and probably never will be. My PS told me to not do them, as they can sometimes mess up your implant placement. However, I do them with little baby weights just to keep the movement good and the muscles stretched. You will probably find that you can build up in lat rows and pullups, but anything that uses a motion that pushes down from the side or like a butterfly will feel pretty weird. Just take it slow and work up. After awhile you will make progress. Oh, and to Sarah regarding the nipple stuff. The tattoo is no big deal. I have a lot of feeling on the lat side, none on the expander/implant side. Still no big deal. They put numbing cream on it. Just make sure to keep it moist like they tell you, or you will lose your color. Even the nipple surgery itself is no big deal. Just annoying to go through the bandage period.
