IGAP???

Has anyone had an IGAP? Or the other GAP? How did it work out, what was it like? How did you find a doc that does it? I'm giving recon some serious thought and was told originally by my HMO's ps that he thought a lat flap would be the best for me-they don't do microsurgery. I'm wondering if I should go outside my HMO and find out about an GAP? Any info?
