Hi Barb -- Have you tried the "T-Shirt" with a shelf bra inside. I have several some with butterfly back and others that look more like a camisole. I can wear these to "lift" the unaffected breast and not hurt on the expander side -- I still have a drain so I can clip the bulb to the bra elastic and cover the tubing with the "t-shirt" and noone knows it is there. I'm very uneven right now but anxiousely awaiting my exchange surgery on 4/20. I've had NUMEROUS complications and 12 surgeries - this is my 3rd expander so I'm a self proclaimed master of hiding the Loppy side. Hope this helps and as for the "dress" I would go with a nice neck-line, not too low. Light weight jacket and some "bling-bling" ear-rings and high necklace to draw everyone's eyes toward your face. You'll be beautiful!! Keep us up to date!
