I don't know anything about LCIS, but I do think that you need a second opinion, maybe a third, before you do more surgery. Find out who the really bigwig is in your town and go to him with your records. It seems like a hassle, but is totally worth it for peace of mind and getting all the facts. Don't worry about your doc being insulted-second opinions are a real standard thing to do.
