I know it will take longer but sometimes they have to do it every other week to give the skin a chance to relax before another fill. Or perhaps your PS could reduce the amount given each fill.

The first time I had my expander filled it was under radiated skin and it was very tight but this only lasted a day or so.

Once the last fill is done the discomfort should be relieved.
