Hi Sherry,
So glad you have finally made it!! My lat side is a bit smaller than the other (expander/implant) side as well, but I think it's because it droops a little more, vs round. Once you have the nipple done, it changes the whole perspective. Congrats and best wishes for a quick recovery.
