I need to jump in on this thread! I have been feeling the very same way for about a month! It has been almost 2 years for me, and things feel different. I called my PS and spoke with him, but since "they look the same and feel the same on the outside" I don't know that he could tell. He would see me if I want, but I thought I would wait and see. I was guessing that it is some inner scar tissue, but I did ask about capsular contracture. He said that from what I described, it didn't sound like it! I am trying not to think about it -- but glad to talk to some who "know the feelings"!
