Sherry, I had my exchange in February and for the first year I see my PC every 3 months, then every 6 months after that.

Recently I have been noticing that my implants feel too tight, slightly painful. Guess I better have them checked at my next visit, or sooner if they get to feeling much tighter. Does anyone know how to tell if you have capsular contracture?
