Hi Jan V.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I missed your qn. I get it done at a physical therapy facility by a physical therapist who also a certified CS therapist. In fact CS is mostly all she does now. Not all certified CS therapists are physical therapists. I live in CT , adn by law, here you no longer need a script to receive PT, though soem facilities still prefer a script. It is covered by medical ins. just as any other PT. The type of facility where you receive the treatment will probably dictate whether or not your it will be covered by your insurance, because some CS therapists are not licensed PT's. There are a few SC practitioners in my area, and it's also offered at some of the hospital PT facilities around here. You may be able to find practitioners in your area on the Upledger Institute website (I'm not sure of the address, but I'm sure you will find it if you google it). I hope this info helps.
