lat flap club update???

Hey girls, I haven't been here for awhile as many things have gone on in my life. on the recovery front all is very very good. Actually perfect. I feel physically good and like a new person and actually better then before the last surgery. but I want to know about the rest of you??? I did have an emergency trip home to CO as my dad took ill and died on August 11th. This was really sad and tough for me and my family. I ask to be kept in prayers.
