I had a bilat mast in July of last year, and I had my expanders exchanged for silicone implants in Feb this year and I love them. They are so much softer and natural looking, and I have no pain at all, but the expanders were hard and painful. I have no worries about them popping out and I do whatever I want to do with my arms. Hope all goes well for you.
