I have 2 saline implants, one in my LD flap reconstucted breast (345 cc's) and one under the pec muscle (90 cc's) in my other breast for needed a slight enhancement to match along with a lift and reduction. I'm a 36 full C.
They're both very comfortable, and don't hurt. I don't even think about them as i I go about my day. I can't even feel where the one under the pec is if I try. I am very very active and I exercise, lift weights, do yoga, yardwork, house work and I even sleep on my stomach. There are a couple yoga poses that I modify, simply because they include lying flat on the chest on a hard floor on only a thin mat and the implants don't squish down that well on a hard floor (not like a real breast would) plus I just don't want to take any stupid chances! A handful of times every year, I'll feel something a little different when I move a certain way, in the breast with the inplant under the pec, but it's not discomfort. Can't even describe it, just must be the way I move.
You'll eb very surprised at how normal it feels to have the implants. Mine's nothing at all like the expander was.
