I am very confused by your post. You say you have an expander in yet you have not had a mastectomy. Are they expanding a lumpectomy site? Then you say you are having a tram flap and are considering double mastectomies. Or have you had one mastectomy and are considering removing the other side also.

I am in the process of expansion and I know from the ladies and what I have read that silicone feels and moves like a real breast. I am not worried that it will pop. I know I will be able to continue my regular activies after the exchange.
