TRAM Flap Question

Hi ladies...I need to pick some brains out there. I had double mast. and immediate recon. a few years ago. I have this "pouchy" thing in my stomach area, but it is closer to the right side of center (if that makes sense?). Anyway, I am VERY curious if anyone out there who has had the TRAM surgery has something similar? And does anyone know if this is fixable??? I am going to my Plastic Surgeon for some more tattooing in a couple of weeks and plan on talking with him about this "pouch". It is very uncomfortable, and fairly unattractive. I don't mean to sound ungrateful because believe me, I am! I just need to see if anyone else out there has something similar.
