Posted by skye New Zealand Tour 2006 VENUE : LOWER HUTT TOWN HALL, LOWER HUTT THE EVENT THIS IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY Medium Joao has only travelled outside Brazil a handful of times as it takes a huge amount of energy for Medium Joao to do this. We are very privileged that the Entities have agreed to his coming to NZ. NUMBERS ATTENDING WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED according to venue size, Medium Joao’s requirements and those of the local authority. IT MUST BE EMPHASISED THAT PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT CANNOT IN ANY WAY REPLACE MEDICAL TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR PRESCRIBED MEDICINES FROM A MEDICAL DOCTOR. DO NOT STOP TAKING PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS and PURCHASE OF A TICKET AND /OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE BY THE PURCHASER/PARTICIPANT THAT PARTICIPATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY REPLACE TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR PRESCRIBED MEDICINES OF A MEDICAL DOCTOR THE COST OF ATTENDING Originally it had been hoped to stage the event on a donations only basis. However escalation in projected budget for staging the event, to approximately $250,000.00 , has meant that we have needed to change to a user-pays system. The cost is still significantly less than travelling to Brazil in person. THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY The cost of tickets will be around $115 (service fee applies) per person per day, children under 12 free. Normally people will only need to attend one day, a morning and afternoon session to pass by the Entity twice and to have invisible surgery where indicated People who wish to sit in Current (meditation rooms) for more days will need to buy tickets accordingly BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY TO AVOID MISSING OUT Tickets will be available through TICKETEK www.ticketek.co.nz 043843840 or through your local TICKETEK outlet from DEC 2005. Until then you may register your name on this site to be sent up to date information It will be necessary when purchasing your ticket to NOMINATE WHAT DAY(S) YOU WISH TO ATTEND. VOLUNTEERS For those who genuinely can't afford the attendance fee, a limited number of spaces are available to volunteer one day's service on site in exchange for one day's attendance. A limited number of spaces will also be available for those who genuinely cannot afford the ticket and are too unwell to volunteer THE DAILY PROGRAMME This could be subject to change and greater detail will be published closer to the event. Instruction will also be given throughout the event. Participants are asked to wear white or other light-coloured loose fitting clothing The programme for the 3 day event will follow as closely as possible the same routine as that at the Casa De Dom Inácio in Brazil On the first morning, preceding the event, will be a powhiri and welcome. Each day there will be an morning and afternoon session. Participants will have the opportunity to go before the Entity twice, once in the morning session and once in the afternoon session on the same day. Some attendees will be scheduled for “invisible surgery” which will take place at various intervals throughout proceedings The “invisible surgeries” take place sitting in a particular surgery room without any cutting or other visible effects. (See FAQ for more detail) Afterwards instruction will be given rules that need to be followed to maximize the potential benefits of the experience. You will need to:- *Avoid eating pig meats, chilli, black or white pepper or other hot spicy food, or consuming alcohol *Avoid sexual activity for 40 days *Avoid lifting heavy objects or doing other activities that you would not do after conventional surgery *Drink blessed water at least 3 times per day as a mindful (conscious) act As it is not possible to bring the potentized herbs prescribed at the Casa to NZ, water blessed by Medium Joao and the Entities will be prescribed instead to be taken as per instruction for a period of time after treatment. This will be available for purchase on site After the morning session a complimentary bowl (or cup) of soup blessed by the Entities will be served to all participants as an important part of treatment Lunch and other food will not be available on site. However there are cafes supermarkets and picnic sites in close proximity. In the interest of avoiding unnecessary disturbance to other participants and to enable you to gain maximum benefit from this experience, please don’t bring children unless you intend taking them before the Entity We need those who have already sat at the Casa de Dom Inácio in Brazil to attend to provide the energy for the Entities to do their work. You may be invited to sit in the ACCOMMODATION Although the organisers are not organising accommodation There is easy access by train from Wellington and our times of travel will be counter to prevailing commuter traffic.
