Hi Andy,
My name is Becky Albert- Dobbins and I just so happened to look Bulldog offy up on the web search and I found your question.So, why look it up? To answer your question, I have the bulldog offy midget.
My grandfather is Bobby Albert and he raced the #4 Bulldog offy and owned the car for several years.When he passed away in 2002 he left the car to me. But several years before he passed away he got permission from Bill Dorers wife's to redo the midget. My Dad, also Bobby Albert Jr.knows so much about the car. He said that the car did win alot of races with my Grandfather driving and he said it won my other races with other drivers. I live in NY and we go up to the Rhinebeck car show with it in May.
I hope this answers your question. I was a little surprised to see someone interested in the car. It means the world to me as did my Grandfather and I am so proud to own the car and to have his name live on.I am just sorry I didn't find the website sooner.
