Help, how do I get into racing!

Hi my name is Philip Andoniu. I am 20 years old and live in Southern California. I am desperately trying to get into racing as a driver. I especially like the scca touring class but I love any type of racing. How can I get into this profession? How do I get started or who should I talk to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
