JR. Dragster plans

I am looking to purchase a set of plans and specifications to build a JUNIOR DRAGSTER. I would feel better building this myself,because I have 23 years experience as a Tig welder and fabricator.I would be interested in buying a kit that needs fit up and welded or just a set of plans.I would prefer that the plans are on auto cad.
