I want to build a "Pure Stock" for Sharon Speedway (Ohio). Requires rear wheel drive, steel body and full frame. I have nothing yet, but want to build a Chevy. Any info about getting started or beginning construction would be helpful.
I guess the best place to start would be the chassis. Does anybody know what year Chevy switched over to uni-body construction on their mid-size cars (Monte/Chevelle)? I need to know what years of used cars I can look for as a basic chassis to start from.
