Posted by Brian Schultz I don't know if I should go to dirt or asphalt racing. Some say to go to dirt to get experience on handiling. I haven't heard anything about asphalt but it mabybe does more experience on something else. I have saved $1,000 dollars for starting but I don't know if its enough to just start street stock. I've wanted to start my racing career sooo badly. I just want to race anything with 4 wheels. I've been trying sooo hard to get info about starting on the internet and I think this is it. I hope someone out there will read this to help(i hope)a new racer. also call me (440)842-7314

Hi, I'm 16 years old and want to start racing soon because everyone wants young kids. I need some advice on getting started in racing. I haven't raced anything before in my life. I've loved cars since I was born. My first words were, "Daddy, play cars with me." I haven't started loving racing since till I was 12. I saw the Daytona 500 and got hooked instantly. I've tried for a while to get a ton of info on racing and have binders full of it. I know that you should first learn the mechanical aspects of the car. I've taken all the auto courses in high school to learn as much as I can but I really need to know how to pervected your car like tunning it like the shocks, camber, etc.
