either buy a pop up mix or as I do fry em
method
roll desired amount for pop ups
put enough vegetable oil in a frying pan ENOUGH TO MAKE A THIN FILM ALL OVER PAN cooking area, put pan on a med to high heat wait till oil becomes thin then add your bait 2 at a time, roll around the pan while keeping pan on the heat. when the have been in the pan for 1-2 mins they should be ok to use but dont let them burn. hey presto pop ups..
You can also microwave fresh baits in for 30 seconds out for a minute back in for 30 seconds then use
