cheers for your reply it has given me some idea's for new mixes of groundbait can you give me advice of additive to dry crumb ratio.
i.e. say 5 grams of betaine to 1 kilo of crumb
and also flavours known to clash or compliment each other i.e. csl and glm etc. etc.
do you use a palatant in groundbait like in boilie mixes like fish ,spice or sweet??
at current i have had success with scopex oil and flavouring, would molasses and csl enhance this ??
i do use molasses liquid and molasses meal in most of my groundbaits.do you think it is right to add this to fishmeal based groundbaits??
My current mix that i use is 1kilo QB's method mix,1kilo brown crumb,1/2 kilo caplin fishmeal,1/2 kilo molasses meal,4oz whole bran,250grams 2-3mm pro biotic pellet and 150ml liquid molasses mixed in with the water to wet the mix up.This is used for my method feeder fishing. To which i have had some success with.
is there anything you would add to this to compliment it i.e. a flavour or take something out that may be clashing with something in it.
