My mother only smoked 1 pack a day and did not really smoke around me that much. She smoked in the house, but not really in a small spaces and never exhaled in my face.
Maybe you could encourage Silke and Susanne to have a smoking contest?
How soon do they want their own children to start smoking?
Does Susanne exhale directly in her child's face on purpose even though he has bronchitis?
