yes, I totally agree with you. The longer she holds in the smoke the more nicotine and tar will get in her lungs. It shows how addicted she is and how much she needs the nicotine. I like this picture of addiction so to say. In her case I really have to point out that I never saw such a beautiful and absolutelty heavy addicted smoker before...She sucked her cigarettes down cig after cig. as if it was nothing. Then in addition the cigar, after the cigar another cigarette. Sorry I know I am repeating....but I was totally impressed by this.
