I had a nice sighting during a trip to DC. I spotted a pretty blond, about 25, nicely dressed, smoking outside a restaurant under an awning (it was raining). She smoked a corked tip. She was waiting for a table. Her friend came out and told her the table was ready. So she took a quick drag, tossed her butt, and exhaled into before entering.
