Yep. She still leaves at the same time and is usually back in about 10 minutes empty handed (meaning that she didn't run any "legitimate errand"). I'm sure she's doing what I saw her do that one time- driving around the block to smoke a cigarette before returning to the office to eat her lunch in the breakroom.
