i was driving on the highway the other day, and spotted a 30-something red head with short hair smoking a cigarette. i stayed in the lane beside her to watch. She often flicked her ash out the window. As she was getting toward the end of the cigarette, she did another window flick and i thought her cigarette was out, but she was still holding. She took another puff of what i thought was an extinguished cigarette, only bring it back to life with a lot of smoke escaping. it was a great sighting of about 3 minutes.
