Actually, it's pretty simple to find out, especially if you, yourself smoke. Ask for or provide a woman with a light. Then, sort of wryly comment on what a "terrible habit" smoking is. If she agrees ... wait a moment or two, then sort of lower your voice, like you're about to tell her a secret, and say, "I still love it though!" Once in awhile, you'll find a woman who absolutely lights up (pun intended) and says, "Me too!" so happy to find someone who doesn't think smoking is shameful.
