Last night I was at a house party that was mostly people I didn't know. As seems often the case these days, the only smokers in the crowd were women in their mid-30s or younger. My vantage point was perfect, a chair next to a window looking out over the deck where the smokers went to indulge. It was a treat to watch them, but there was one thing that was unique to me.
There was a couple in attendance, both about 30. I don't think they were married because the guy was very attentive and lovey towards his lady. ;-) She was cute, sandy-blonde hair just above her shoulders, petite, dressed in a preppy style. Didn't look like a smoker, but she was.
She went out on the deck with her boyfriend and a girlfriend to whom she donated a cigarette -- the boyfriend did not smoke. She was clearly a regular smoker, not a social one like her friend, as she took decent sized puffs and held the smoke inside for several seconds before letting loose with a long jet exhale. What was unique was that she would take a puff, inhale, do a complete exhale, then her boyfriend would bend over and kiss her for several seconds. After he came up for air, she would repeat the process. Not exactly a smoky kiss, but a smoky-residue kiss. Lucky guy.
