For the second time in my life the interwebs is after me. I got a notice forwarded to me by Rogers from some lawfirm saying I'm in violation of Paramount Pictures copyrights, due to my sharing of "Year of the Dog". Apparently they think the "Year of the Dog" I'm sharing is their bogus Molly Shannon comedy film, and not the F'ucked Up 12". I sent them an email explaining the situation, and vaguely implied that they're morons for just doing a text match for their searches, and not actually checking the content of the file in question.
How weird is it that stuff like that is even monitored though, and that they follow up on it? I'm shocked. Interesting to see if I even hear back from them.
