I downloaded the episode, and after numerous listenings, I'm pretty sure Jerry says: "It's not a...twist off". It's hard to hear because his voice is kind of muffled, and the laugh track is just trailing off over it, but it sounds like "it's not a" more then an "oh".
I'll give you that the script says "oh", but a script is written before dialogue is read, ie, it's not a transcript, and actors obviously improv, make changes, or just say things differently.
I'm going with "it's not a".
