FUNK, Harold Chalmers (Harry) In Ottawa on the 17th of December, 2007, at the age of 74. Loving father of Cynthia Funk and Kimberley Sopinka. Proud grandfather of Zoe, Sally, Liam, Riley and Myles. Fondly remembered by son-in-laws Alex Sopinka and Orlando Batista. He leaves behind one remaining brother, Doug Funk. Harold began his career as a Lawyer and had a flourishing practice in Milton, Ontario for over fifteen years. Harold was a great champion of the City of Milton and ran the Milton Tribune for several years. He was instrumental in starting the successful coffee franchise The Second Cup. He wrote several books over his life, all dedicated to the concept of "Good". In the later part of his life he devoted himself to political and social activism, lobbying daily on Parliament Hill. In life he was generous and kind. Indeed, Harold your life was Good!
