Oh no, that's what I meant, too. The analogy is far from perfect, but sort of goes like this: Toronto is a huge city but a small baseball market, Ottawa is a small city but a huge hockey market. A lot of the same principles apply, the only real difference is that there aren't a lot of BIG fans of other baseball teams within travelling distance of Toronto--certainly not from the rest of Canada.
