Jelger is right! Mr. Kiel cannot stand with leaning on something and he can't run. However, Tobias is right too as this didn't stop him from being a great character in Happy Gilmore which he filmed after his accident. He leaned on things and they put him on a platform with wheels to push him while he moved his arms and pretended to be running. The crowd ran beside him and they filmed it in slow motion. One of his fans favorite films!
