He in many ways resembles the famous Andre Rousimoff, the French/Bulgarian wrestler known as "Andre the Giant" who had a serious example of gigantism and acromegaly. Andre was 6'11 and 500 lbs at his greatest weight. he died at age 46 of heartfailure.

Yes. It is most probable that Richard Kiel does have a form of acromegaly. Considering his overall stature of 7 feet 2 inches, and his huge hands and strongly built body.
