I know it's been 2 years since you asked the question about Richard Kiel playing the part of "Big Frank" but I just now read the request. I saw him in 1963 at the Safeway store in Hayward. He was a car salesman and Morrell Meats hired him to promote their big plump hot dogs! Or should we say frankfurters, therefore giving him the name Big Frank. There were lots of us kids there to greet him and he signed a promotional photo of himself and gave them to all of us. We all thought it was so neat because we would see him on the TV commercials they played when showing The Three Stooges after school. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that in case you haven't already heard. Take care.
