GUIDELINES FOR posting Poetry & Natter'in
Use Critic (cc) or Comment
This makes clear that your posting is offered as a poem for either; and or a Helpful Comment or reader-response to a poets work, or message.
1. Poets & Readers
Please submit quality, detailed comments on the poems of other people; and for each poem of your own that you have submited, reply in kind.
2. Comments
The feedback you give should be useful feedback—
- please be specific about the strengths and weaknesses of the poems read.
- refer to technique ( i.e.) rhythm, rhyme, word choice, use of poetic devices
- offer suggestions for improvement
3.A helpful hint
Please respond to comments made on your work.
This opens the way so that discussion's can take place. Avoid cluttering the board. Please try to group your responses in a single message, and avoid [no message] postings.
