I have to agree, we have decent players. Although the main area for concern seems to be the defense. I'm beginning to wonder if Youl Mawene is a bigger loss than I thought he would be. Is it possible that he gave the players around him a sense of security? St. Ledger may of had the confidence to attack the ball more so than now, as he knew Mawene was there to cover any mistakes. He still seems to play with plenty of confidence when playing beside Richard Dunne for the Irish team. (Just a thought!)
I still think that things can be turned around. A couple of wins could see team rise up the table dramatically. There's only 9 points between a play-off place and the relegation zone. We have good enough players and I think a good run is coming. (Forever the blinkered optimist)
