Scrolling text on websites is usually an ActiveX or Java type feature. Issues can occur because of differences in PC's/security/browsers/versions/etc.... My suggestion is to make sure PF follows up any scrolling info with a blurb in the 'Announcements' payne on the front page. That way everyone is covered reguardless. Hope this helps.
