We are requesting that all teams register with PA West Classic League by February 26, 2008
This will allow us to relegate the teams into the correct grouping before the scheduling meeting.
The classic league scheduling meeting will be held March 1, 2008
12-14 age groups will hold their meeting from 1:30 - 3:00
15 to 19 age groups will hold their meeting 3:30-5:00
Every TEAM is expected to have a representative at their scheduling meetings
The Scheduling Meet will be held at Gateway High School on March 1, 2008 .

At this meeting every team will need to have a manager/ scheduling representative. We will breakdown in to age groups boys and girls. There WILL be a age group coordinator for each group boys and girls, this coordinator will either have a lap top @ the meeting to enter the info, or they will go home and enter in a format that will be sent to them, that will come to you and you will then put it all together and send it to Tim to be posted in what ever format we need to use The U11-14' s will schedule first followed by the 15-19 age groups.
All games must be played by the beginning of the Semi final/Final weekend of the State Cup May 30,31, June 1. They will have 1 1/2 hours to work out the schedule . They can ask for 1- 2-3 weekends of , play their games during the week, whatever it takes for them to play their schedule.. Teams can request games before 12 or after ( this should help with coaches coaching multiple teams).
If games are not played by the May 30,31, June 1, those clubs will be fined a substantial amount per game not played.
Managers/ scheduling representive are going to need to talk to their coaches before this meeting and come to the meeting prepared with the info they need to schedule their games. If a team is a no show then we go by what they requested on their registration form.

Reminder to all clubs –
Make sure all teams do the spring on line spring registration. Teams that played in the fall must register for spring leagues as well. Deadline for registration is March 1st.

All adults on the roster (anyone 18 and over) must complete either the kidsafe background check on our website or have a current (less than 2 yrs old) Act 33/34. When rostering, you will need to have the print out of the website for the Kidsafe or copies of the Act 33/34 with you. Failure to bring these will result in rostering not being completed. All adults who do not have the proper clearance(s) will be removed from existing rosters and will not be put on new rosters.
Spring is a very busy time of year, please coordinate all rostering through 1 person and do not let each team come in on their own. Appointments will need to be made unless you are just dropping off and will be back to pick up a few days later. Rosters MUST be completed at least 1 week before your first league game or pre-session tournament. There will be no rostering done on Fridays.
State Cup registration system is up and running. All teams must be in the system by March 1st. Payment for state cup MUST be by club check only. Checks either need to be postmarked by March 1st or hand-delivered to the State Office no later than 4 pm on March 3rd.
