We are provided a large list of players from all our teams. 3/4 of these kids will not be selected we understand that.
Naturally we push for as many players as we can from our teams and point to what they did in a particular game.
That's why we tell everyone play when ever you can on any SYL team you can. For example we had some younger players fill in for some older players this year. 3 of those younger players where IDd based on the play from that older game.
Just happened to have some of the correct observers.
