The first period in a filename is considered to be the start of the file extension instead of the last one, so if your game is something like "Ms. Pac Man.sms" (name picked at random, I don't know if it really exists) it gets shown in the file list as "Ms". If the name is too long, the name wraps around and overwrites the start of the same name. Also, a suggestion: don't call the country codes Domestic and Overseas--that can be confusing considering that Domestic to one country is overseas to another... how about Japanese and non-Japanese. And here's another request for not stretching the screen--though it really should still stretch the screen, but by an exact multiple of X2 or whatever.
