Why buy a $300 kit for that when you can get the boots, a 3" pipe, and a good cone filter along with the adapter for the MAF sensor for less then $100? I built the one on my 93 with a piece of 3" exhaust pipe and the intake boot from a 1989 F-150 with the 5.0 and used the MAF adapter and a K&N cone filter and it worked great.
