I TOO HAVE BOUGHT PAINTINGS DIRECT FROM STANLEY DOLLIMORE IN THE 1980's. HE HAD SHOWS OF HIS WORK IN THE HARROGATE BATHS HALL.HE HAD A NOVEL WAY OF SELLING HIS WORK FIRST YOU RENTED THE PAINTING FOR 6 MONTHS FOR £10 IF YOU WERE STILL NOT SURE A FURTHER 6 MONTHS FOR £10 BUT AFTER A YEAR YOU BOUGHT IT OUTRIGHT AT THE PRICE AGREED PREVIOUSLY OR RETURNED THE PAINTING. THIS WAY HE HAD MANY PAINTING ON LOAN TO BANKS AND OFFICERS IN THE AREA. HOPE YOU ENJOY HIS WORK AS MUCH AS WE DO
