--Previous Message-- : Anyone shed any light on this Artist? : I believe that if you do a web search you can find Stanley Dollimore as living in Harrogate Yorkshire, prior to his death in 2001. It also said that he was born in 1915, and in Knaresborough. We bought an oil painting directly from Mr. Dollimore in the mid 1970's (75 or 76) and at that time he told us that he had some of his paintings hanging as room paintings in parts of Harrods. I distinctly remember that he was a keen photographer.
