I also have a print of this madonna and child by this artist dated also 1894. I attended St. Vincent Academy for girls in Shreveport, La. The original school was built in 1894 and was torn down in the 1960's and a new school was built. The daughters of the cross were the order of nuns at the school. The print was sold during the closing of the school in the late 1980's. Mine is the same as discribed by others Mary had her eyes closed hold jesus and he has a little ball in hi hand.This is all i know, what region of the country were the others found?
